Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 carrots, finely diced
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
-
1Beat eggs in a bowl with salt and sesame oil until well combined.
-
2Heat vegetable oil in a rectangular or round pan over medium heat.
-
3Add diced carrots and green onions to the beaten eggs and mix gently.
-
4Pour half the egg mixture into the hot pan and spread thinly to create a thin omelet.
-
5Once the bottom is lightly set but still slightly moist on top, roll the omelet tightly from one end.
-
6Push the roll to the side, add remaining oil, and pour the second batch of egg mixture into the empty space.
-
7When partially cooked, roll this omelet and push it against the first roll, creating a larger bundle.
-
8Continue cooking until both rolls are fully set and lightly golden.
-
9Remove from heat, let cool slightly, and cut into 1-inch thick pieces.
-
10Arrange on a plate and serve warm with soy sauce for dipping.
