Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup toasted almonds, sliced
Instructions

1Mix flour and salt in a large bowl. Gradually add water while mixing until a soft dough forms.

2Knead dough for 5 minutes until smooth. Divide into 4 equal balls.

3Oil a work surface and your hands. Stretch each dough ball very thin, almost transparent.

4Fold the stretched dough into a square, then fold again into a smaller square.

5Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry each msemen for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.

6Transfer to a serving plate. Drizzle with melted butter and honey, then sprinkle toasted almonds on top.

7Serve immediately while warm with hot mint tea.
