Ingredients
- 400g canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 3 ripe tomatoes, diced
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

1Combine the drained chickpeas with diced tomatoes and chopped red onion in a large bowl.
