Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup toasted almonds, chopped
- 1/4 cup orange blossom honey
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp butter for cooking
Instructions

1Mix flour and salt in a large bowl. Gradually add warm water and knead into a smooth, soft dough. Let rest for 10 minutes.

2Divide dough into 4 equal portions and shape into balls. Oil your hands and gently stretch each ball into a thin, translucent sheet on an oiled surface.

3Fold the dough sheet in half, then in half again, creating a square. Brush lightly with oil between folds.

4Heat butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pan-fry each folded msemen for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.

5Transfer to a serving plate and drizzle with orange blossom honey. Sprinkle with toasted almonds and cinnamon.

6Serve warm, tearing pieces as you eat.
