Ingredients
- 200g mixed salad greens
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 150g canned tuna in water
- 8 anchovy fillets
- 100g cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 50g Niçoise olives
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- to taste salt and pepper
Instructions

1Wash and dry the salad greens, then arrange them on a large platter or individual plates.

2Cut the hard-boiled eggs into quarters, cucumber into slices, bell pepper into strips, and halve the cherry tomatoes.

3Drain the canned tuna and arrange it on the greens along with all the prepared vegetables.

4Place the anchovy fillets and olives around the salad.

5In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper.

6Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad just before serving and toss gently if desired.
