Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup hot water
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 cup scallions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil for frying
Instructions

1Mix flour with hot water and knead until smooth, then let rest for 10 minutes.

2Divide dough into 4 portions and roll each into a thin circle.

3Brush each circle with sesame oil, sprinkle scallions and salt, then roll tightly and coil.

4Flatten each coil and pan-fry in vegetable oil over medium-high heat until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.

5Serve hot with soy sauce or chili oil for dipping.
