Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 4 slices wholemeal bread
  • 150g smoked salmon
  • 100g cream cheese
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon
  • to taste black pepper
  • handful fresh dill

Instructions

    Spread cream cheese evenly on all four slices of wholemeal bread.

    Layer smoked salmon on two slices, then arrange cucumber slices on top.

    Season with black pepper and fresh dill.
  4. 4
    Top with remaining bread slices, cream cheese side down.
  5. 5
    Cut diagonally and serve immediately with a squeeze of fresh lemon.
