Ingredients
- 4 slices wholemeal bread
- 150g smoked salmon
- 100g cream cheese
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon
- to taste black pepper
- handful fresh dill
Instructions

1Spread cream cheese evenly on all four slices of wholemeal bread.

2Layer smoked salmon on two slices, then arrange cucumber slices on top.

3Season with black pepper and fresh dill.

4Top with remaining bread slices, cream cheese side down.

5Cut diagonally and serve immediately with a squeeze of fresh lemon.
