Ingredients
- 4 slices soft white or wholemeal bread
- 100g smoked salmon
- 100g cream cheese
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 fresh lemon wedges
- to taste salt and black pepper
- handful fresh dill or parsley
Instructions

1Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on each slice of bread.

2Arrange smoked salmon evenly over two slices, leaving a small border.

3Layer the cucumber slices on top of the salmon.

4Season lightly with salt, pepper, and fresh dill.

5Top with the remaining bread slices, cream cheese side down.

6Cut diagonally and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
