Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 4 slices soft white or wholemeal bread
  • 100g smoked salmon
  • 100g cream cheese
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 2 fresh lemon wedges
  • to taste salt and black pepper
  • handful fresh dill or parsley

Instructions

    Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on each slice of bread.

    Arrange smoked salmon evenly over two slices, leaving a small border.

    Layer the cucumber slices on top of the salmon.

    Season lightly with salt, pepper, and fresh dill.

    Top with the remaining bread slices, cream cheese side down.

    Cut diagonally and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
