Ingredients
- 4 slices wholemeal bread
- 100g cream cheese
- 150g smoked salmon
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon
- to taste salt and black pepper
- handful fresh dill
Instructions

1Lightly toast the wholemeal bread until just warm.

2Spread a generous layer of cream cheese on each slice.

3Layer the smoked salmon evenly over the cream cheese.

4Arrange cucumber slices on top of the salmon.

5Season with fresh dill, salt, and pepper.

6Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the filling.

7Top with remaining bread slices and cut diagonally.

8Serve immediately with a side salad or crisps.
