Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 4 slices wholemeal bread
  • 100g cream cheese
  • 150g smoked salmon
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon
  • to taste salt and black pepper
  • handful fresh dill

Instructions

    Lightly toast the wholemeal bread until just warm.

    Spread a generous layer of cream cheese on each slice.

    Layer the smoked salmon evenly over the cream cheese.

    Arrange cucumber slices on top of the salmon.

    Season with fresh dill, salt, and pepper.

    Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the filling.
  7. 7
    Top with remaining bread slices and cut diagonally.
  8. 8
    Serve immediately with a side salad or crisps.
