Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded green papaya
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Thai red chilies
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon palm sugar
- 2 tablespoons dried shrimp
- 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 tablespoons roasted peanuts, crushed
- 1 small carrot, julienned
- 2 tablespoons long beans, cut into 2-inch pieces
Instructions

1In a large mortar and pestle, gently bruise the garlic and chilies without completely crushing them to release flavors.

2Add the long beans and tomatoes, lightly pound to slightly soften.

3Add the shredded green papaya and carrot, tossing gently with the pestle.

4Add the dried shrimp and mix well.

5Pour in the lime juice, fish sauce, and palm sugar, then toss everything together until well combined.

6Transfer to a serving plate and top with crushed roasted peanuts.
