- 1 medium green papaya, shredded

- 2 fresh Thai red chilies
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon palm sugar
- 1/4 cup long beans, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons crushed roasted peanuts
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions

1In a large mortar and pestle, gently pound the garlic and chilies together until fragrant, being careful not to crush them completely.

2Add the long beans and cherry tomatoes, lightly bruising them to release their juices.

3Add the shredded green papaya and gently toss everything together.

4Add the lime juice, fish sauce, and palm sugar, then mix thoroughly with a gentle pounding and tossing motion until well combined.

5Transfer to a serving plate and top with crushed roasted peanuts.
