Ingredients
- 1 cup boiled chickpeas
- 2 medium cucumbers, diced
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 tsp black salt
- 2 tbsp crispy fried onions
Instructions

1In a large bowl, combine boiled chickpeas, diced cucumbers, diced tomato, mint, and cilantro.

2In a separate bowl, whisk together yogurt, cumin powder, chaat masala, lemon juice, and black salt.

3Pour the yogurt dressing over the vegetable and chickpea mixture and gently toss to combine.
