Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiled chickpeas
  • 2 medium cucumbers, diced
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 tsp black salt
  • 2 tbsp crispy fried onions

Instructions

    In a large bowl, combine boiled chickpeas, diced cucumbers, diced tomato, mint, and cilantro.

    In a separate bowl, whisk together yogurt, cumin powder, chaat masala, lemon juice, and black salt.

    Pour the yogurt dressing over the vegetable and chickpea mixture and gently toss to combine.

    Divide into serving bowls and top with crispy fried onions.

    Serve immediately while the onions are still crispy.
