Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1¾ cups buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 pound fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Instructions

1Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.

2In another bowl, whisk together eggs, buttermilk, and melted butter.

3Combine wet and dry ingredients until just blended; some lumps are okay.

4Heat a griddle or non-stick pan over medium-high heat and lightly butter it.

5Pour ¼ cup batter for each pancake and cook until bubbles form on top, about 2 minutes.

6Flip and cook until golden brown on the other side, about 1-2 minutes.

7Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.

8Stack warm pancakes and top with whipped cream and fresh sliced strawberries.
