Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 3/4 cups whole milk

- 1 pound fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 tablespoons sugar for berries
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions

1In a large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.

2In another bowl, beat eggs and mix with milk and melted butter.

3Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined; batter should be slightly lumpy.

4Heat a buttered griddle or non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

5Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake and cook until bubbles form on top, about 2 minutes, then flip and cook another 1-2 minutes until golden.

6Toss sliced strawberries with 2 tablespoons sugar and let sit for 5 minutes to release juices.

7In a bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
