Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 3/4 cups whole milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 pound fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sugar for berries
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions

1Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.

2Whisk eggs, milk, and melted butter together in another bowl.

3Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined; small lumps are okay.

4Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.

5Pour batter onto griddle and cook until bubbles form on top (about 2 minutes), then flip and cook another 1-2 minutes until golden.

6Toss sliced strawberries with 1 tablespoon sugar and let sit 5 minutes.

7Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.

8Stack warm pancakes and top generously with whipped cream and sugared strawberries.
