Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

- 2 large eggs
- 1¾ cups buttermilk
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 pound fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 tablespoons sugar for berries
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions

1Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.

2Whisk together eggs, buttermilk, and melted butter in another bowl.

3Combine wet and dry ingredients until just blended; do not overmix.

4Heat griddle or skillet over medium-high heat and lightly butter.

5Pour ¼ cup batter per pancake and cook until bubbles form on surface.

6Flip and cook until golden brown on both sides.

7Toss strawberries with 2 tablespoons sugar and let sit 10 minutes.

8Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
