Ingredients
- 1 medium green papaya, shredded
- 1 cup long beans, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Thai bird's eye chilies
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon palm sugar
- ¼ cup roasted peanuts, crushed
- 2 tablespoons dried shrimp, optional

1In a large mortar, gently pound garlic and chilies together until fragrant.

2Add long beans and tomatoes, lightly bruise to release flavors.
