Thai Sticky Rice with Mango and Coconut Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked sticky rice
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

    Heat coconut milk in a saucepan over medium heat, add sugar and salt, stirring until dissolved.

    Pour the warm coconut mixture over the cooked sticky rice and let it soak for 5 minutes.

    Arrange sticky rice on serving plates, top with fresh mango slices.

    Drizzle remaining coconut cream over the top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

    Serve immediately while warm.
