Ingredients
- 200g cooked shrimp, halved lengthwise
- 2 cups mixed fresh herbs (mint, cilantro, basil)
- 2 lettuce leaves, torn
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 3 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 red chili, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions

1Make the dressing by whisking together fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, garlic, and sliced chili until the sugar dissolves completely.

2Arrange lettuce leaves as the base on two plates.

3Top with julienned carrots and cucumber in neat piles.

4Arrange shrimp halves on top of the vegetables.

5Scatter fresh herbs (mint, cilantro, and basil) generously over the salad.

6Drizzle the lime-fish sauce dressing over everything just before serving.
