Ingredients
- 500 g all-purpose flour
- 200 ml warm water
- 7 g instant yeast
- 5 g salt
- 30 ml olive oil
- 100 g zaatar spice blend
- 60 ml olive oil for topping
Instructions

1Mix warm water, yeast, and a pinch of sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.

2Combine flour and salt in a large bowl. Create a well in the center and pour in yeast mixture and 30ml olive oil.

3Mix until a soft dough forms. Knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

4Divide dough into 4 equal portions and shape into balls. Let rest for 10 minutes.

5Flatten each ball into a thin oval about 5mm thick on a floured surface.

6Mix zaatar blend with 60ml olive oil to create a paste.

7Spread zaatar mixture evenly over each flattened dough piece.

8Place on a preheated baking sheet and bake at 220°C for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.

9Serve warm immediately.
