Ingredients
- 500 g all-purpose flour
- 300 ml warm water
- 7 g instant yeast
- 5 g salt
- 100 ml olive oil
- 60 g za'atar spice mix
- 1 pinch sugar
Instructions

1Mix warm water, yeast, and sugar in a bowl, let sit 5 minutes until foamy.

2Combine flour and salt, then add yeast mixture and knead for 8 minutes until smooth dough forms.

3Add 30ml olive oil to dough, knead 2 more minutes, then let rise covered for 30 minutes.

4Divide dough into 4 balls, roll each flat into 8-inch circles.

5Mix za'atar with remaining olive oil to create paste.

6Spread za'atar mixture evenly over each dough circle.

7Bake on preheated 220°C (425°F) oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

8Serve warm, optionally with fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, and labneh.
